Although she is still very young, Martina, the Italian Chocolate artist has an enviable experience and professionalism, which could gather thanks to her immense talent and passion for her work. She reached a very high level and won several awards, lie for  the competition of Cacao Barry World Chocolate Masters , where she won the special prize for “The Best praline “. Martina was already last year in the demo area in the Swiss Cake Festival. The more we are pleased in to have her as a workshop teacher with two excellent classes this year.

In this workshop we create an elaborate head sculpture , created from fruits and vegetables on the model of the painting of the Renaissance painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo. We model the items, they color with airbrush and arrange them so that the head is designed anatomically correct as possible.

Class Sugar Peony Flower – Sunday, October 23th 2016

In this workshop you will learn how to make a sugar peony. Learn to make small, medium and large petals. Then add dimension with ruffles and wires to bring your flowers to life. We will also show you how to dust the petals to give it more depth and realness to it.
