She has taught herself a lot of techniques, but has also attended many courses with great masters in the industry. In 2015, she was awarded the “Best in Show” award in Birmingham. In this workshop you will learn the Quilling method. You will cover a dummy with Fondant and learn which fondant types, utensils and tools are used. Katerina Schneider shows you how to make different patterns as thin as paper.

Katerina Schneider also shows you the production of different patterns with transfer foil technology as well as the transfer of the pattern to fondant. In this workshop, you will learn how to make a 3D cake without an inside frame. The necessary techniques are learned to cut out the cake, the clean cover with fondant and the production of the decoration elements are learned. You will also find out which fondant types are used, which utensils, tools and templates are used.
