Belinda known as KuchenDiva inherited her love for baking from her grandmother, but found her real passion in cake design. These moments during the decoration process, when the puzzle comes together, still amaze her, even after many many cakes! To improve her skills Belinda has taken part in workshops with internationally known cake designers and has already been awarded in national and international cake competitions. At the Swiss Cake Festival she shows us how to make an enchanted unicorn.

In this workshop the participant learns the basic knowledge to cleanly cover a cakedummy with fondant. The design of the trendy unicorn pies is then developed. This is done with butter cream, modeling paste and colors.
